Amberius, the Central Europe advisory business focused on Corporate finance and growth services, has announced expansion and launch of website.

Amberius was the personal advisory business of Garret Byrne for a number of years.  Garret is a well established Corporate Finance professional based in Prague covering Central Europe.  In October 2020 Garret founded Amberius s.r.o. together with Vladimir Bayer, experienced CEO from the automotive sector. Daniel Cappelletti joined the Amberius team in January 2021. 

Daniel Cappelletti brings over 25 years of strategy consulting and M&A advisory experience. He has worked for many leading industrial groups such as ABB, Rolls Royce and Siemens. Daniel lived in central Europe for many years where he worked for a number of regional groups and PE funds. Previously, Daniel was a partner at Deloitte, where he ran the commercial and operational due diligence practice in Europe.

Amberius is an advisory business focused on Business Development, Corporate Finance and Operational Excellence in Central Europe.
