Vidatum Academic is created in collaboration with  universities, their research departments and more than 200 academics. It supports research management processes covering grant management, institutional reporting support, workflow mapping and financial cost tracking.

Vidatum clients include Trinity College Dublin, Dublin City University, University of Warwick and University of Bradford. Vidatum is also deployed in the Netherlands. In Georgia it operates as the national research platform for all universities.

The Vidatum solution is modular. It smoothly integrates  with resources such as ORCID, Web of Science, SCOPUS, Pubmed, JStore, and others.
